3.1 The QuickCleans “Sanitary-First” Standard
At QuickCleans.store, we maintain the highest level of personal hygiene. Because our products come into direct contact with skin and hair, our return policy is governed by strict Personal Care Health Regulations. We do not compromise on the biological safety of our inventory.
3.2 The Non-Returnable “Breach” Clause
To ensure every customer receives a 100% sterile device, the following items are strictly non-returnable once the factory seal is broken:
- Trimmers & Clippers: Any device that has been removed from its “Tamper-Evident” vacuum packaging.
- Replacement Blades: For hygiene reasons, loose blades cannot be returned once the protective oil-seal is compromised.
- Attachments & Combs: Any accessory that has been mounted or used.
3.3 The 7-Day Mechanical Inspection
If a device arrives with a verifiable mechanical defect (e.g., motor failure out of the box or a broken LED display):
- The “Unused” Requirement: The return will only be processed if the blades show zero signs of hair debris or skin oils.
- The Audit Process: Every return undergoes a “Microscopic Cleanliness Audit.” If biological traces are found, the return is denied, and the device is returned to the sender for health safety reasons.
3.4 The 12-Month Performance Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the “Silent-Torque” Motor and the Lithium-Ion Battery Cell.
- Exclusions: Blades and combs are considered “Consumable Components” and are not covered under the long-term warranty unless a manufacturing flaw is present at delivery.
3.5 Refund Velocity
- Standard Credits: 10-14 Business Days following a successful “Sanitary Audit” at our distribution hub.
- Defective Replacements: Dispatched via “Flash-Shipping” within 48 hours of claim approval.
